Akesa, a clinical trial supply and pharmaceutical services provider, has appointed experienced pharmaceutical executive Priscilla Thiyageas as Supply Chain and Quality Director to lead the company’s expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.
Ms Thiyageas joins Akesa with more than 15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, operational strategy, and regulatory compliance. Having held senior roles at leading pharmaceutical organisations, including IDT Australia and CSL, Ms Thiyageas has led large-scale production, quality and operational programs in highly regulated environments.
Ms Thiyageas’ appointment comes amid growing demand for clinical trial supply services in APAC, a region that now represents a significant and expanding share of global research activity.

In her new role, Ms Thiyageas will lead Akesa’s supply chain strategy, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance functions across the region.
