Hospital pharmacy sits where clinical evidence, operational reality and patient access meet. Medicines Management 2026 brings that community together in Brisbane for the 50th Medicines Management conference – three days focused on research, professional development, emerging models of care and the future of pharmacy practice.

This year’s theme, Limitless, reflects the opportunity to rethink how medicines are managed and how patients access treatment. Pharmacy leaders, practitioners, researchers and technicians from across Australia will gather at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 22-24 October, with the main conference program running on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October.
